Results can also be described as goals because when you start a project or even start your day you're very often doing it with an end result or goal in mind.

If you do consider yourself “results driven” or “goal oriented” then one simple way to achieve the goals you set for yourself every day is to write a list of each goal or result you want from each day of the week.

Then during the week you can cross each one off the list as you attain it.

Once these have been reached, time to start a new list!
